Church wave empowerment


Church bells ring, sometimes people feel a sting-
If they haven’t been present for a while
The dross is stacked up for a mile

Angry hearts need new starts
Washing all the sharp darts, they fall off one by one with your forgiveness

There’s lots to forgive.
You’re empowered as you’ve opened your heart, disrespect falls off.
On the cross it goes
Clap and shout, you are free from it

Manipulation can’t stick around
So it doesn’t make a sound .... nope... not from anyone
It knows not to come near you now, pow wow holy cow
You’ve heard the voice from The Father, His sweet whisper to you
He comes at different times and in many different places
This is your new oasis
And you know, there are many faces
Others, looking for empowerment.

What do they need or want for a fresh start, a new wind?
The change is coming, a shift is taking place
You will start to see a difference with each day
And you will be more than OK
Blessings are yours, they are coming as strong high waves.

Eileen Seefluth has a love for writing, which began as a small child. She knew by the time she was 12 she wanted to be a newscaster/reporter. She overcame her own challenge with domestic violence a few years shy of 40. At that point she went back to school and earned her degree in radio and television broadcasting and communications. She has worked as a freelance news editor and writer at channel 8 in Tulsa. She spent four years in Toastmasters, winning a speech contest while there. She divides her time between her own charitable organization and other non-profits in the Tulsa area, especially those serving to empower women from domestic violence in various ways.
