Making changes is all about choice, planning and being deliberate. When moving forward from

domestic violence, you make a choice for a better life, free from abuse.

Planning is another big factor that can work for you or against you.

It is sort of like planning a vacation, however, with this type of planning, you won't be coming back

to the same location, you will be embarking on a new season in your life and deliberate about your

choice.

Don't get me wrong, planning is essential. Except in abusive cases, your plans may not always hash

out the way you want them to because of the opposing side.

He doesn't want things to work out for you. However, you are determined and willing to do whatever

it takes to move forward.

You'll need to figure out on the "wheel" where you are and make any adjustments and or assessments

to know where you will spring forward from.

At this point, you will see what guidelines you should partake in.

Make sure you keep any important documents in a waterproof container or bag, so your documents

don't get ruined. Ziploc bags work great for this because they are resilient to water spills, protective

from other harmful deterrents, easy to carry and stow away.

I would say to make any necessary adjustments in your plan as needed. Again, assess where you are.

Avoid your normal routine shaking things up a bit.

Make sure you have a support group because isolation will not help you at all. Gives you more for

the devil (opposing side) to do his dirty work- you don't want that.

Consider renting a mailbox if you can. You would like to receive your mail even when you move. I

can share with you that I had a horrific time obtaining my mail letters many years ago.

If that were to happen to you, get with your postmaster. Put your report in and watch your mail start

 coming to you.

I end this blog with Ecclesiastes 3:1 "There is a time for everything and a season for every activity

under the heavens."

And Isaiah 43:19 says "see, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am

making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland.
