King & King: Decades of freedom

Freedom

Freedom to many reflects red, white, and blue with stars and stripes, I know I honor the flag and cherish freedom, especially from domestic violence.

I, too, had a dream long ago not to be pushed around, bruised, locked in the closet, scolded for sill stuff, and the list goes on. My dream of an abuse free life became a reality, with star-struck freedom.  In honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Women Empowerment Solutions says "thank you" for standing up and standing firm to your call advocating freedom and justice with outstanding courage in a time that wasn't so friendly.
freedom when I made the choice to move forward.

I'm sure Dr. King thought it was hard back then too, but he kept going and is a legend today. One quote he said of many, "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere."

Certainly, women with a history of domestic violence are breaking free everywhere and justice is served. But, for women who are still looking for freedom, communities, leaders, advocates, friends, family and supporters are ready for you with arms wide open.

Domestic violence intervention and prevention is streamlined across this great country and will stop at nothing to crush the head of the enemy (the devil). Remember, WE have authority and a call on our lives to thrive like never before.

In Isaiah 40:31 "those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not weary, they will walk and not be faint."
