Five ways to push forward from domestic violence

On a scale of one to ten (ten being the roughest), there is no argument that domestic violence doesn't tip the scale. Gratefully, survivors and those recognizing the move ahead (soon to be survivors) are listening to the still small voice with positive words, breathe....................

Pause with reflection as you have mighty courage.........like a soldier....

You have had to muster resilience like one of those hard-pumped basketballs that are thrown into the net for a rebound.

Trust what is to come; abundance, more strength for you, overflowing with confidence, well-being, and more (because you have that much faith...even when it doesn't look like it). Ephesians 3:20 NIV tells us "now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us."

Think about what that phrase means in your wonderful life and how your situation will only get better as the calendar rocks forth.

I know it's hard to pick up the pieces after they've been plastered and shattered in your face (no telling how many times), but you have a genius inside of you (by the way, He made the universe) and there isn't anything He cannot do.

I believe this is a great new year and new "you."
