No walking chips on the highroad
The days and nights have been as crisp as potato chips.
I am referring to the weather here; however, this is what often happens in domestic violence cases.
Breaking free from the name calling, disrespectful ways, hostile intrusions, and ratted household
items in the line of a very troubled environment.
Moving forward is thankfully in the minds of so many women. They long for freedom and a start for
a better life.
And there is a better life. Nobody needs to put up with domestic violence, yet, it happens over and
over.
The states are inundated with battered women coming from the north, south, east, and west.
They come in smelling with offensive body odor, frantic for the lives, ripped clothing, and some are
taken straight to the hospital for a check-up because they've been choked, stabbed, shot at, or a
myriad of other harmful methods.
You'd be shocked to see what America is surrounded with. The "land of the free" has women captive
in various areas, and it could be your next door neighbor or co-worker, you may not even know it.
Generations surely have collaborated through the years to make life better for these women, and the
"word" has certainly been disseminated about the topic of empowering women from domestic
violence through various means: Programs, shelters, intervention, prevention, protocol, and more.
What about the "Word of Christ?"
Behind the scenes, prayer warriors are praying for you.
Declaring and decreeing freedom, courage, strength, justice, confidence, self-esteem, and more in
Jesus Mighty name, Amen.
It is tough for some to imagine that a perpetrator who appears to have a "winning personality" would
harm the hair on his girlfriend/wife's head, but it honestly does happen.
You'd be surprised how God works though. He will surprise you. If you believe in Him, Jesus will
see you through. He'll get you into a better atmosphere filled with joy every day of your life. Your
strength will multiply, and your courage will be that of a lioness.
I am so excited to see how your life changes for the better each, and every calendar day.
Here is a verse for the day:
Psalm 91:1-2 KJV "He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most high shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God, in him will I trust."
