Groceries in bulk result in homemade bakery and changed mind

Walking back to the store, Shandra didn't understand why she was making another trip.

Luckily for her, the store was only a mile away. She carried coffee, cinnamon rolls, apple

Danishes and cherry tarts. They didn't weigh that much since the coffee Keurig's were a small

box, and the others were bakery items.

When she initially brought them home with the other seven bags of groceries she purchased, it all

Seemed fine. After all, Shandra was preparing for the company through the weekend. Charles

Dwayne wasn't too excited with the items she picked out for his family members coming to visit.

He thought she should have sausage and egg casseroles, with biscuits and gravy, and offer some

Honeydew melon on the side with the grape, apple, and orange juices. Though some drink coffee,

It wasn't that brand Shandra purchased, so it just wouldn't do. They like their coffee a little sweeter

Tasting, not the "bold" flavor, so Shandra had to take it back. Since he needed the car, he told her to

Walk up the street, even though he was going that way anyway.

Shandra thought there was a little something wrong with this picture and felt that Charles Dwayne

Needed to rethink his master plan, whatever that might be.

Shandra took a left turn and kept on walking until it was dark. Though her cell phone rang many

times and she knew it was him, but she didn't feel like talking to him.

By 8:00 p.m., he was looking for her, and he was hot under the collar with attitude.

Not repeating every word, he said, but he was demanding she come with him once he spotted her

walking on the side of the road miles ahead.

Shandra shouted from the roadside "enough!" Charles thought, "gee whiz, what did I do?"

He realized that he was servicing his family members and he needed to figure out things quickly,

Shandra had moved on.

Incidentally, she stopped at the church along the way of her walking path and decided to sojourn there
