Benefits of Vitamins You Never Knew of

What was Daphne thinking, no vitamins?

Popping bills never was attractive to her, though she has seen people do it over the years for pain, headaches, but for nutrition? It hardly seemed like the right solution when she had broccoli, salad, cabbage, and potatoes close by in the produce section.

The “new way of thinking” for her was as far as the west is from the east, or south from the north.

She called the doctor’s office. They promptly answered, which normally does not happen. They even greeted her with a smile over the phone. Daphne was happy and willing to put her guard down. Sixty percent of the time she had her guard up too tight and close, so learning otherwise was new for her. *Revelation* is good!

The physician’s office empowered her with nutrition facts, an appointment for lab, and found out what type of vitamins she needed to move forward for a healthier lifestyle.

To her surprise, she soon made a trip to Sprout’s purchasing the necessary vitamins D3 and K2 to conquer vertigo and get the nourishment she needed.

Why D3 and K2? Well, Dr. Berg shares in this video his studies and research how it conquers ailments and flourishes you back to a better place.

As Daphne learned from research, professionals, hope, and choosing self-care mowing obstacles under her feet, she becomes more peaceful and mindful each day.

Though vitamins are a big business in the United States, they are more than business as usual as they fortify bones and strengthen muscles as needed and the list is too long to list here.

A place to obtain affordable healthcare in northeastern Oklahoma, specifically, Collinsville, is the Arubah Clinic located at 1021 W Main St. Their phone is 918-371-3806.

They provide family medical care. You can contact them by phone or view their website at arubahclinic.com.

Although they provide labs, it is for established patients only, so consider the Labcorp in Tulsa or Owasso or checking listings in your area. For Tulsa:
