All things New, See How Petal Me Perfect

This time of the year, most are taking vacations. I am usually in Washington state, but in 2020, the nation is on a new call for all.

While domestic violence is a dreadful topic, empowerment is not.

Lifting the lid, we can count the bridges to fresh air (yes, to all the flowers!) So, time to get to it- revamping, resetting, and rejuvenating you with encouragement and possibilities.

First and foremost, healing is your key. How do you get there? For some, it may feel like the slow road to China (no thanks!).

Any abuse is challenging. Whether you have been in the "thicket" for an extended period or less, "with God, all things are possible" (Matthew 19:26).

Starting Point
A change of environment makes all the difference. One that brings you hope, cheer, peace, and clarity. About a week ago, I blogged about flowers. Flowers change the environment and make most people happy. Arrangements are for an array of events, table settings, occasions, and decorating inside and outside of homes.

Some florals may come to mind or others you have never heard of:  Honeysuckle, carnation, common daisy, nasturtium, chrysanthemum, California poppy, Peony, May Apple, Hawthorne, and cornflower offer an array of positives. One worth mentioning is the California poppy. This potent floral plant alone or with other herbs is for anxiety or nervous agitation. If you know anything about domestic abuse, you know anxiety must be flushed.

Other remedies for healing are essential oils. During the summer season, hopefully, many are enjoying the sunshine without the ouch of a sunburn. To remedy the scorching burns, which can be from domestic violence as well, look to this array of oils:

(Pictured: Essential oils..and they come from plants, which, flowers are)

Roman chamomile, Menthol, Green Tea, Lavender, Marigold, Tea tree oil, Peppermint, Geranium, Eucalyptus work wonders soothing your skin.

I have personally used essential oils for poison ivy, vertigo, brain stem compression, detox ears, and report remarkable results.
If you grab a jar of coconut oil, it helps soothe sunburned skin leaving it silky soft because it is high in saturated fats, which is excellent for moisturizing your skin.

Try remembering this phrase:
"God said it, I believe it, that settles it" (Oral Roberts). Here, you are declaring God's Word over yourself and accessing heaven's riches.

Other areas are reading your Bible, the scripture, are healing, so read them out loud and decree and declare them over yourself.
Prayer is your number one solution, too. Thanking God, grateful for your new life, and that you are now healed (even if it has not happened just yet), you are proclaiming the healing.

Stay tuned for my next blog, we'll talk about more empowerment for your healing and go into more detail with other areas.
