Sitting down reading a magazine in a waiting room for the time to pass until your name called is something many people do, but the newsroom does it with "intention," for creativity and generating ideas, and this what I found today that is fascinating!
"We did a lot of internal work on what was the right path forward, and it was clear that Sun Country was a great strategic fit with its complementary business. A combination is good for the industry." US LLC Allegiant CEO Greg Anderson
With this quote, we take the first sentence and apply it to women who need empowerment against domestic abuse, because internal work is needed to clean out discouragement from the past, disappointments, trauma, hurtful words and actions, rejection which tends to stick around like honey, but can be completely washed off by the Word of God as you sit in His presence for a while.
The internal work takes time. You, or someone you know may be pursuing this cleanse of internal work through a counselor, maybe through meditation, or a powerful program known to be helpful and have a stellar performance check.
Either way, the process reflects as a slower cooker on the crockpot cooking a big holiday dinner, or on the flip side, a home cleansed by the new owners with a deep clean which takes time before all the new painting and furniture come inside for the refreshing and renewal.
Usually spotting specific areas comes first, which could come through counseling, but especially from truly reading God's Word.
Pick a scripture, Psalm 107:20, "He sent forth His Word and healed them." Well, He has sent forth His Word, it's off and working wildly, more than you could ever imagine. His Word already you, meaning, it's already done, now it's a matter of believing.
I am so excited for you to catch this today but as I was reading the magazine, the paragraph jumped off the page for me to use in this blog.
If a business or aircraft need a lot of work, and we know homes need a lot of work as well- take for example there are homes with both mom and dad, but let's face it, there's a bunch of homes where daddy is missing which he is very well needed, and he does complete the home. That's where some internal work needs a tune up.
There are many homes where momma does exceedingly well on her own without daddy because she has to, so she has made the "decision" to run her race, without domestic abuse, and without relying on anything or anyone else, except she does look to the main upstairs who she knows surrounds her- that is Jehovah Shalom. Yet some do not know Him. Even though He built ears and eyes, and everything else, there is no acknowledgement, so sad.
Internal work takes time, patience, willingness, sacrifice, perseverance, faith, consistency, lots of forgiveness, and reading of the Word and worship. I might add tithing and fasting as part of the process too, this gives you tithing rights.
