You are love beyond measure. It does not matter if someone else says differently, you are still loved.

You are worthy. You have always been worthy. Camp on that a while with some marshmallows.

You are valuable, much more than gold and silver. You can surely take that to the bank.


Some scriptures you may be interested in are: Romans 8, all about transformation. If you know you

 need to think differently from where you are, this is a place to hang out. Romans 12:2 is also another

 good one that will speak loudly to you, louder than your car stereo or the kids in the lunchroom on a

 school day.


Quiet your soul aways from the TV, away from the washer and dryer, away from the phones, and feel

 the peace. Love is everywhere. When you "look" for it, you will find it. Kind of like the pretty red

 dress...you will find it as you look for it.


Take a moment to write the scriptures down, read, and meditate on them if you will, even for 5-10

 minutes, it truly makes a difference.

Eileen Seefluth has a love for writing, which began as a small child. She knew by the time she was 12 she wanted to be a newscaster/reporter. She overcame her own challenge with domestic violence a few years shy of 40. At that point she went back to school and earned her degree in radio and television broadcasting and communications. She has worked as a freelance news editor and writer at channel 8 in Tulsa. She spent four years in Toastmasters, winning a speech contest while there.
