Nothing says love like self-care, and there 101 reasons why, we'll talk about about a few here

Love cuts across the seas,

Money moves through all degrees,

Mountains plop when you least expect,

As you believe they are removed, emerges a new self-respect.

Self-care changes perspective,

And, now what is reflective,

You can choose:

1 Peter 5:7, all from heaven,

"Casting anxiety"

Doesn't matter if you are high society

Popping pills and have all the frills,

Or, in other space,

Getting rid of fears requires work,

Concentration is a perk,

Focus is laser vision,

There is definitely a mission,

Casting your care,

As you do, you become more aware,

Hearing God's voice,

Adhering and drowning out the noise.

Two goes like this,

Something you don't want to miss,

"Renewing your mind,"

Romans 12:2 will not make you blue,

But break old patterns, 

See yourself with new lanterns,

Well oiled, not spoiled,

Another way of self-care,

"Honoring your body as a temple,"

Sun, water, and Word make it simple.

The sunlight, what a delight.

Water, therapeutic insight,

Word, fiery ignite

(1 Corinthians 6:19-20).

Finding rest will give you zest,

Another core of self-care,

Soul, spirit, body, mind, and heart,

This will all set you apart,

Not at all tearing you part -to- part,

But differentiate you,

The new you.

Further, self-care has many aspects.

From a nice bath,

A good laugh,

Your favorite food,

Putting you in a pivotal mood,

Your surroundings have a phenomenal impact,

Which help you to relax,

Rid the tension,

Did I mention,

You have the ability to change it all.

Self-care matters, every day,

In every way.

Find what works for you,

You matter,
