The Shake that Shook more than your booty

If you need or want a Peanut Butter Heaven Protein Shake

Mix 1 scoop vanilla meal replacement powder

¼ cup vanilla almond milk (or other non-fat milk)

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

½ banana

1 cup of ice

Refresh and empower your energy with this shake. If you need to “wean” yourself to from sugary foods, this burst of freshness will impact you in a good way. Bananas have what you need to keep you afloat and in check. A cup of ice to boot welcomes the hydration that your body needs. Almond milk with satisfy your sweet spot, even better than the bag of Skittles.

 

Relax the Legs

3-4 drops soothing blend essential oil

3-4 drops lemongrass essential oil

1-2 drops helichrysum essential oil

No more leg cramps for you!

 

Say bye-bye to cellulite with this reducing spray:

4 ounces fractionated coconut oi

15 ml grapefruit essential oil (one bottle)
