With Confidence Comes....

"Did you hear that?" Someone said "xyz." What was your thought when someone said something about you that wasn't true?

Many women have unfortunately worn domestic violence under their dress belt, the loops of their stylish jeans, or under their favorite jackets have been hammered one too many times by a nasty remark, name, beating, lock up, or something absurd.

Listen up ladies, no bad names said to you or about you are true! Your name is not dumb, it is not stupid or any other that is demeaning or not positive. You are quite the opposite.

You have much going for you regardless of what the perpetrator has extended your way. So erase all the junk (Julie True has a great healing CD).

You are smart and your inner-self has a roar! Yes, like a lion. Be proud of the roar, because the roar belongs to you and goes with you everywhere that you go!

Gaining confidence is kind of like taking baby steps when an toddler starts to take his or her first steps.  As you begin to see yourself for who you really are: smart, wonderful, full of life, contributor to this earth (not a consumer), you will see your confidence catapult like a rocket into space.

Some positives I leave with you about confidence.....these are the results you will see:

  • Results. Remember when you got a job and started working making money, you saw results in your banking account or pocket book. So, with confidence, you will see results in how you feel, awesome!!
  • Joy will overflow within you. Do you remember the days like in junior high or any other time with friends when your were totally 'giddy'...well, that giddy joy is back baby!
  • Potential is when you know there is something else and you know there is hope for tomorrow. There is hope for you and you do have potential to great things, whatever the great things are, you can do them. It's easy to read the internet and do some research. If you need to just check a book out at the library or even pick up one at a garage sale or perhaps, get one from a friend, there is always the potential to learn what you would like to do tomorrow. Remember, what you do today is your tomorrow.
  • Prosperity is very close. Matter fact, just work diligently and purposefully for what you want. Don't stop working with all your heart for what you want because ladies, it's at your fingertips. You are blessed blessed women.
  • Connections are by the arm fulls! Yes, they are, so go get them. Sometimes when you have been closed in for a while and haven't gotten out in a bit, it is challenging to get that started, but, I assure you, the more you get out: church is the best one, join other groups and make connections- if you have kiddos, make connections at functions (sports, boy or girl scouts), you will be surprised- the connections will pop-up like popcorn, buttery flavor!
  • Creativity is yours! Just read. Read all your can get your hands on and take action on what idea comes to mind. 
  • Inspiration is all around. Find something beautiful to look at and think about all the lovely things that are here. Flowers, trees, color, yummy food, good activities, and above all, His Holy Spirit.
