Finding the right transportation, is it happening?

Transportation.

What would the world look like with no transportation? I think we know, a mess!

People stranded. Creativity would be in the works how to purchase groceries and load them to transport them home.

Getting to work by bike, even walking, people do that today- a small percentage do.

What about those who experience domestic abuse?

The world is flipped with no transportation.

Trying to obtain safety, be heard, treated fairly with

justice, none of it has worked out so well, so moving on is

the best solutions, but if you need to go a distance, further

than your legs can carry you, then what?

Is transportation for an elite group? No.

You do have to have insurance, maintenance checks, and

gas to get around no matter where you go, it all takes

money.

But what if you are not there yet? It puts a bit of worry

on your belly. You don’t want to carry that, yet you do

want to move further.

It feels like one wall, then another, how do you move

forward?

The gates, they seem locked. Your not sure the

combination.

It is a predicament so many face.

There are avenues: Lyft, Uber, taxi, the city bus, but they

take money as well. What do you do?

You can call a friend, but the friend is not always

available and also may not have wheels either.

This is a barrier for people, not only those who are

escaping the claws of domestic abuse, but for others

facing hurdles as well.

What is the answer? Creativity? Church bus? Prayer with

faith? Your will?

All of it can be the answer, or part of it.

Prayers are the starting point. You must have action.

But even in the tightest of squeezes, everything has been

done.

The church has been called, no answer. You’ve prayed,

that good and empowering.

Church bus, 50/50 chance there. Who knows, right? You

give it all you have.

Make sure you call the Domestic Violence Hotline, see

if they can assist you, 800-799-SAFE.
