Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Credit or Debit?
We all know without a doubt, you are a credit. The deposits are simple and noticeable- You are intelligent, so whoever has told you otherwise, get rid of that thought.
Have you ever looked at a deposit slip and noticed the various deposits? Maybe check out the checking out and notice all the direct deposits....that's probably more in tune with how we get paid today anyway. We receive deposits and we make them.
When we go to church, we are receiving deposits of the Word. When we go share what we have learned, we give other people a credit (of knowledge).
When you've had you butt kicked a few times and been slapped around, obviously, those are debits and we don't want them.
Empower yourself with deposits: Friends are deposits just so long as they make you happy, stand by you and are trustworthy, I know you have some wonderful friends like that. You can easily make some if you don't.
Empower yourself with exercise, go with a friends walking, running, swimming, do zumba, skate with your kids, get on your bike, dance, you get the idea.
I will continue to make credits to communities and women of various ages and stand up for you.
"Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the rights of all whoe are destitute. Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy." Proverbs 31:8-9.
If you like math, you can write out a math problem, except, using friendship, confidence, joy, truth, worthiness, self-esteem, boundaries in place of the numbers...it all adds up to you as a person. Those are all deposits.
Peace. Women Empowerment Solutions- Have a good weekend everyone.
