ABC or XYZ..it's all in the Name, Right?
 
Remember, today and everyday, BELIEVE in yourself. You can do anything you set your mind to. You are a masterpiece. You will succeed. One baby step at a time ..that is your faith activated to allow God to open doors for you and bring things to pass. I know He loves you, He says so in His word, and he does not lie.
 
Remember, trials make you stronger. You are that lily growing and prospering with well grounded roots. If you think you are not (you can fill in the blank), think again and keep working at 'rising' up. You have it in you. I think Ephesians chapter 3 covers this.

Domestic violence is ugly, but you CAN get past it. It takes more than a day, but, like I said, take it day by day. You have so much of the world to see and so many areas to be productive in (so draw a circle, put your name there, then draw a line to all the positives...say like people you LIKE to hang out with or that make you feel happy...or things you like to accomplish, etc.).

Surround yourself with positive people, not Debby Downer nor Negative Nancy. Happy Helen would like to wish you a good day. Motivated Marie says "come on girlfriend, I am rooting for you.' Smiley Samantha says to practice smiling and getting out (no isolation). Cheerful Cherie says your cheerleading suit is ready for you. Confident Caroline says you are on your way to awesomeness, let's get started. Teacher Tara is out there waiting for you. Boundaries Betty says make a list of what is acceptable to you and what is not and stick to it.

Eileen Seefluth has a love for writing, which began as a small child. She knew by the time she was 12 she wanted to be a newscaster/reporter. She overcame her own challenge with domestic violence a few years shy of 40. At that point she went back to school and earned her degree in radio and television broadcasting and communications.
