The Sizzle will make you Drizzle

 

The heat is on! For a moment in time, you or a friend call for a way out of domestic abuse.

That’s right, it is one of the most sizzling moments in time.

You sweat, feel like vomiting, running to the toilet, working to make the biggest decision of your life at the drop of a hat. 

Then, all of a sudden, sucked back in like a vacuum cleaner, right back to square one!

The ferocious, fiery hell of perpetrator does manipulation tricks with his lofty words.

His smooth talks are as a red velvet cake, and all his words are eaten.

You or someone you know shrunk back as clear plastic cling, all wrinkly and messy.

Enough is enough!

The feeling in you is sunk, like a sinker on a fish pole. You can hear it gurgling through the waters.

Now, to pick yourself from the lowest point, or a very low point you’d never thought you’d be in.

A support system goes a long, long ways.

I’ve seen one woman take 2-3 months to spring herself back with the effort of her team building her back up with edifying words, comfort, love, doing everything to assist her, & it worked! The willingness and effort, like a missile shot clear in the sky.

Not every potential survivor is like this. Your story is different, your experience was your experience, nobody else’s. Your heart and mind, at different places.

What is your mental level? What live connections are there? Meaning- family, close friends?

What’s the focus look like? Focus is vey important. Focus keeps you on the tracks.

Words of encouragement:

The Lord can show you the way, just ask Him. He knows everything.

He knows the time, strategy, where you are going, and every detail.

As you know, support makes the difference.

I know it’s hard to praise at a time like this, but…. Praise is a weapon of warfare, it will do more than you can ever think possible.

If you have the ability to take communion, I highly recommend it.
