Yes! Summer is here. This means splashes at the beach, kids riding their bikes, and what about the
decisions of people eighteen and older? More specifically, voting for those who regard against, protect,
and intervene in domestic
abuse.
You have more power to vote! I am not telling
you who to vote for, but there are *hints*.
This is
freedom as big as the ocean at your fingertips.
You have rights beyond measure here to vote who you want in office representing your values in your
state.
This is BIG. We want freedom and thank God we can speak/vote regarding who we align ourselves
with. The right people.
Who has the experience? Who will speak up for Godly aligning, empowering women from domestic
abuse. This is no hayride, it is REAL.
From coast-to-coast, women of various ethnicities, economics, religious, social statuses are choosing
who they want for state governor (and other races), but
only if they are feeling up to it.
Transportation
could be an issue.
The truth
in my own state of Oklahoma research shows it as the worst for domestic
violence- pathetic!
Why is
that? Is it the wicked weather- all over the place?
Low wages perhaps? I mean what is a chick to do? The culprit lies even deeper than all the mighty
dollar, it is the contributor.
Power and
control? Sounds like a washing machine on the spin cycle.
Land-locked state? It is a panhandle state which is where the numbers boil down to other factors you
may never have thought about.
The Oklahoma Domestic Violence Fatality Review Board is not joking when they insist the ongoing
crisis comes from a combination of systemic, cultural, and legal
factors.
Well, what
does that mean?
If you have ever been to beautiful Oklahoma, you know the state is robust in green, hence the name,
“Green Country.” Flip it and find there are numerous counties to breakthrough meaning sticks, hills,
boonies, brush, tumbleweed, thicket, whatever you want to call it. Here’s where women are bogged
down, with “how are they going to escape?” Here lies important votes…. integral part of the story and
BIG, BIG keys.
Now, we look at the justice system. It looks like it could use a major cleaning, and Lysol will not do the
trick! How about releasing the Holy Ghost to clean it out spiritually, yes, you hear me. Bind division,
bind childhood trauma, bind
generational curses.
Then, we get into healthcare, there is a complex issue! The pie is so big, there is a variety pack in every
bite.
So, from how to breakthrough, values, integrity, finances, healthcare, the boiling is past the point for the
right change. Make your vote count. Ways to think about
voting:
Integrity, value, morals, trust, look at the fruit, stewarding finances, and where does the money come
from?
Lastly, invest in your future! Voting is Tuesday, June 16, 2016. Poll times are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
