Mapping Oklahoma there are various shelters peppered throughout the state, which provide for women in need overcoming domestic abuse.

They are a phone call away to support you. Domestic abuse does not discriminate. If there is a door open of discouragement, hopelessness, trauma, pain, regret, then there's a need for recovery.

Part of the recovery, you need items.

Luke 10:19 states you have the authority over all the power of the enemy, I encourage you to use it.

If you are not familiar with your Bible and haven't been to church in a while, you can still make the change. There's no judgement.

I recommend Acts 2 and Romans 8. Psalms is also very good too. There are 150 of the. Psalm 91 is excellent for protection and a host of other areas too. You can be sure you will have peace staying in this scripture right by your side as you read it out loud so your body can hear it. Might sound weird, but that's the way it works. Your body needs to hear these words that are active, alive, and full of power.

We speak blessings over you today. Jeremiah 33:3, you can call to Him (the Lord) and He will show you great and mighty things which are hidden and you do not know- I am paraphrasing here. So, He will show or tell you what you need to know.

I know life gets scary sometimes, but you do have God on your side. Ask Him whatever you need, He will care for you. Ask, knock, believe, receive, thankfulness, and amen will help you more than you know. I am sure you know.

I relied on friends. Friends are good support for sure. The best to rely on is Jesus. He will show you where to go. To hear Him, you'll need to step away from the chaos and get into a very quiet place even if it's for a short time. Calm yourself and that is hard to do when you have stuff going in from every direction. You have this though better than you think.
