Gaslighting is out like a big X with new responses

 

In homes across America and abroad, domestic abuse is unfortunately hotter than a chili pepper through the bedrooms, hallways, and  living rooms staining walls, hearts, and mind for an unlimited amount of time.


Nobody wants it, why would they?

How does a person rid themselves of the traffic trauma plaguing so many?

Knowing the signs and red flags are right within each woman, it’s in your knower, better known as the Holy Spirit.

He’ll protect you from gaslighting! Know when it’s going on and how to respond.

Because when it happens, it is not cool, it’s like messing up something beautiful, then you wonder how you are going to put it back together again.


I know you have heard, “I didn’t say that, you have issues going on.” “ I didn’t do that, your whipping up stories again, how dare you!”

These are hurtful statements and stain y ooo for a time.

You can overcome this and you will. Taking authority and using a different kind of response than whatever you have in the past will get you everywhere.


Taking your stance today will empower you through the most difficult challenges.


The best is yet to come no matter how grim others may be treating you. It’s time to move on as you deserve the best!!

Eileen Seefluth has a love for writing, which began as a small child. She knew by the time she was 12 she wanted to be a newscaster/reporter. She overcame her own challenge with domestic violence a few years shy of 40. At that point she went back to school and earned her degree in radio and television broadcasting and communications. She has worked as a freelance news editor and writer at channel 8 in Tulsa. She spent four years in Toastmasters, winning a speech contest while there.
