Marching Band

It's sauna weather; steam, humidity, sweat-dripping days--that means, your clothes are sticking to you, right?

Whether you are wearing a 'marching band' outfit or your own 'marching band' outfit, you will know it.

What is the apparel that says you have confidence and sass all in one? Is it the pencil skirt, business suit, or perhaps something more subtle that you feel is your 'Wonder Woman' outfit?

How exciting to know you are moving forward, in your marching suit! You know what I am talking about. Letting yesterday go and recognizing what is ahead for you, and, that does not include domestic violence.

You've gained the courage and now you feel you have more support than ever before, more than you realized that you had!

I'm excited for you to march forward. You can, you will, you are, and that is that! March ahead to the beat of the new, for the new day!

Eileen Seefluth has a love for writing, which began as a small child. She knew by the time she was 12 she wanted to be a newscaster/reporter. She overcame her own challenge with domestic violence a few years shy of 40. At that point she went back to school and earned her degree in radio and television broadcasting and communications. She has worked as a freelance news editor and writer at channel 8 in Tulsa. She spent four years in Toastmasters, winning a speech contest while there.
