Quiet yourself for a few minutes before starting prayer
God will take every care- Psalm 55:22 "Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved."

Fix your eyes on Him, rid those distractions, they are like contractions (nobody wants them)- Hebrews 12:2 "fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfector of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at he right hand of the throne of God.
So, basically taking your mind off the problem. It's easy to focus on the junk when it's dancing in your face, but it's easier to focus on Jesus when he has all the solutions and protects you from danger. Domestic violence is no joke. Women Empowerment Solutions is here to empower and edify you. We have the tools to bring you to the next level and amplify your future, all you need to do is say 'yes', when YOU are ready. What are you looking for? Look for the 'stillness' because it's all about the heart.

With a good heart, Women Empowerment Solutions knows you have one, you are off to a refreshing start.

Stillness with God doesn't mean to do nothing. Here are some guides:

Let go of distractions (as mentioned above)

Attitude of the heart (do you feel crushed because someone wronged-abused you; understandable)-ask God for help in this area.

Comes with God's glory

Stillness could be worship (You know those Sunday morning concerts? What about in your car or home?)

Stillness could be an environment (fishing, painting, etc)

Ecclesiastes 3:11 (NIV) "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

So, how to you access the spirit realm hearing God's voice? Are you a left brained or right brained person? Something for you to explore and have revelation about.

Areas to keep in mind accessing the spirit realm:

Feel the entities
Bible is the foundation
God never changes
If you hear something, does it line up with the bible?
Are you under spiritual covering (do you have a church you go to)?
Act on the truth
How many advisers (counsel) do you have?
Grow in confidence
Know His voice
