Peanut Butter Heaven Protein Shake-
1 scoop vanilla meal replacement powder
3/4 cup vanilla almond milk (or other non-fat) milk
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1/2 banana\1 cup ice
Now accomplish the goals you desire. Piece of cake right, actually, a tablespoon on peanut butter (natural). I tried natural, I didn't care for it, I stick (no pun intended) with regular peanut butter.

Even if you cannot find specific fruits, you can find them in the freezer section of the market: Walmart, Sprouts, Whole Foods, Aldi, Reasor's (very good selection), or even at the Mexican Market Mall area between 21st-26th and Memorial or Garnett.
Food boosters are key and you don't have to consume them alone- try yogurt, cereal, make a fruit salad, whatever you decide.
